End-to-end design and development of retail environments and concept stores, from concept through implementation, in collaboration with the architecture team. Designed and oversaw the production of custom furniture, display systems, and exhibition elements, developing 3D models, technical documentation, and presentation materials. Led visual merchandising and window display development, ensuring consistency across the customer experience.
